This site is operated by Human Cascade LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. By using this site or making a contribution, you agree to these Terms.

# the_project

Human Cascade is a public experiment. Visitors can vote on a cause, contribute a small amount, and appear as a numbered participant on a public wall. Contributions are voluntary and not tax-deductible.

# acceptable_use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or to defraud anyone
• submit content that infringes another person's rights
• attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site
• use the site to distribute malware or spam
• impersonate another person

# intellectual_property

All software, design, branding, and content are owned by Human Cascade LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site.

# payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Human Cascade LLC is the seller of record; Stripe handles card processing, fraud screening, and tax where applicable. By contributing, you also agree to Stripe's end-user terms. Contact: admin@humancascade.com.

# service_level

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

# liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you contributed in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages.

# governing_law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Human Cascade LLC is organized.

# changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
