Refund Policy

Contributions to Human Cascade are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. That said, if you contributed by mistake, changed your mind, or something went wrong, you can request a refund within 30 days of your contribution.

Email admin@humancascade.com from the address you used at checkout and include the approximate date and amount of your contribution. Payments are processed by Stripe; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

If your contribution is refunded, your participant entry may be removed from the public wall.
